I am absolutely thrilled with the grooming services at this place! My little Shih Tzu always comes out looking like a million bucks. The groomers are so sweet and truly understand how to make pets feel at ease. The whole experience feels personalized; they remember my dog’s quirks and preferences, which is a huge plus! I’ve also noticed that my dog seems to enjoy his grooming sessions here, which speaks volumes. The only minor feedback I have is about the parking situation—it can get a bit tight during busy hours. If they could find a way to accommodate more vehicles, that would be fantastic. But honestly, the exceptional service and care my dog receives more than make up for it. I’ve been bringing my golden retriever to this grooming shop for the past year, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience every time. The groomers are incredibly skilled and take the time to understand each dog's specific needs. They’ve given my dog a wonderful winter coat trim that has kept him comfortable during the chilly months. One of the things I appreciate most is their attention to detail and how they make an effort to provide a stress-free environment. The facility is clean, well-organized, and they even have a little waiting area with dog treats and toys, which my pup loves. I do wish they had more flexible hours, as I sometimes struggle to find a time that works for my schedule. But overall, the quality of service and the care they show towards pets is outstanding!
